Recruiter – Remote Position

Coalition Technologies is hiring a full-time remote Recruiter to support sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent across global teams. This position includes responsibilities such as drafting job ads, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews and skills tests, conducting Zoom interviews, maintaining recruiting databases, supporting employee development initiatives, organizing training workshops, planning company events, and assisting management with personnel-related matters.

Candidates should have prior recruiting or HR-related experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent written and spoken English, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. International recruiting experience is a plus. Applicants must be available to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.
